Trade Terms
Minimum order quantity
20 pieces total per order, freely mixed across designs and sizes. Below that threshold, retail pricing applies and the order still ships normally.
Payment
Wholesale orders are paid in full at checkout through PayMongo (card, GCash, Maya or GrabPay). We do not extend credit terms, consignment or dating on a first order. Established repeat accounts may request bank transfer by arrangement — email info@wedontaddvalue.com.
Lead time
3–5 business days from cleared payment for in-stock quantities. Orders that exceed available stock are produced to order; we confirm a revised date in writing before charging, and you may cancel for a full refund if the revised date doesn't work.
Packaging
Each piece is individually sealed in an unbleached kraft/matte polybag stamped NO ARTIFICIAL VALUE ADDED, then bulk-packed by design and size with a packing list. Neutral packing without our stamp is available on request at no extra cost.
Resale
You may resell these goods at any price you choose — we publish no RRP enforcement and impose no territory restrictions. You may not alter the garments or their labels and continue to present them as NO ADDED VALUE product, and you may not use our marks to imply an exclusive distributorship or official partnership that hasn't been agreed in writing.
Defects and shortages
Inspect on arrival. Report shortages or manufacturing defects within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and your order reference; we replace or credit verified claims. Wholesale purchases are trade sales, so the change-of-mind return window that applies to consumers does not apply — statutory rights for defective goods under the Consumer Act of the Philippines are unaffected.
