Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of wedontaddvalue.com and every order you place with We Dont Add Value, trading as NO ADDED VALUE ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept them.

Plain-language note: our brand jokes about not adding value. These Terms do not. Everything below is meant literally and is legally binding.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

The seller is We Dont Add Value, a [[ENTITY_TYPE]] registered in the Republic of the Philippines, trading under the business name NO ADDED VALUE, with principal office at [[REGISTERED_ADDRESS_LINE_1]], [[CITY_MUNICIPALITY]], [[PROVINCE]], Philippines.

Registration particulars — DTI certificate, BIR TIN and local business permit — are published in full on our business profile.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We sell and ship only within the Philippines. Orders requesting delivery outside the Philippines will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Products and Descriptions

We describe our garments as accurately as we can: fabric weight, cut, print method and measurements are stated on each product page. Measurements are flat-lay and subject to a tolerance of roughly half an inch, which is normal for printed apparel.

Screen colours vary between devices. Pitch black is pitch black, but minor differences between what you see and what arrives are not a defect.

Our slogans — including "We don't add value", "We just sell shit" and "0% Added Value" — are satirical brand language commenting on marketing practice. They are not statements of fact about the quality, fitness or merchantability of the goods, and they do not limit any warranty or statutory right you have. The goods are sold as genuine, merchantable apparel.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Wholesale

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. Orders with a subtotal at or above ₱2,500.00 ship free.

Wholesale pricing applies automatically once an order reaches 20 pieces in total, counted across any mix of designs and sizes. The applicable unit price is recalculated on our servers at checkout; prices displayed in your browser are indicative until then.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one calculated at the moment your order is created, and it will not change after payment. If a price is displayed in obvious error — for example through a typographical or system fault — we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honour the erroneous price. We will tell you before doing so.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm the order and payment has cleared. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, for any lawful reason, including:

  • the item is out of stock or a stock count proves inaccurate;
  • we cannot verify your identity, address or payment;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, resale in breach of these Terms, or abuse;
  • the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount, including shipping, to the original payment method.

Drop 01 is produced in limited batches. Stock shown on the site is our best live figure, but simultaneous orders can occasionally oversell an item. If that happens we will contact you to offer a substitute, a waiting time, or a full refund, at your choice.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by PayMongo Philippines, Inc., a payment service provider regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. We accept credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya and GrabPay, subject to availability on PayMongo's hosted checkout.

You are redirected to PayMongo's secure page to pay. We never receive, process or store your full card number, CVV or e-wallet credentials. We receive only a payment reference, the method used, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Your use of PayMongo is additionally governed by PayMongo's own terms and privacy policy. Any card issuer, bank or wallet fees are a matter between you and that provider.

Orders remain unconfirmed until payment is cleared. Unpaid orders are automatically abandoned and the reserved stock released.

7. Delivery

We dispatch within 3–5 business days of cleared payment, and deliver nationwide through third-party couriers. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Full details, rates and zones are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Title passes on full payment. You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate address and a reachable mobile number; re-delivery or re-shipment caused by an incorrect address or a failure to receive may be charged to you.

8. Returns, Refunds and Your Consumer Rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how to return an item.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, you remain entitled to a remedy for goods that are defective, not as described, or not fit for their ordinary purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The NO ADDED VALUE name, wordmark, the "ingredients panel" device, our slogans, artwork, product photography, page copy and site design are owned by or licensed to We Dont Add Value and protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Buying a garment gives you the garment. It does not give you a licence to:

  • reproduce our designs or slogans on goods of your own;
  • use our marks in advertising, or in a way suggesting endorsement, partnership or official distributorship;
  • copy our site copy, photography or layout.

You may resell genuine, unaltered goods you have bought from us. See the resale terms on our wholesale page.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its payment flow;
  • place orders fraudulently, with stolen payment credentials, or through automated means intended to monopolise limited stock;
  • scrape, mirror or systematically extract content except as permitted by law;
  • submit false information through any form on the site.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

11. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for loss of profit, business, goodwill or opportunity.

Except where the law does not permit such a limit, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including shipping.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under Republic Act No. 7394.

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, fire, epidemic, civil disturbance, strike, courier failure, power or telecommunications outage, or acts of government. If such an event materially affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything not yet dispatched.

13. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Placing an order requires us to process the data needed to fulfil it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on this page at the time your order was created. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Please contact us first at info@wedontaddvalue.com — most issues are resolved within a couple of messages. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring the matter before the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under its consumer complaint procedures, or before the courts of [[CITY_MUNICIPALITY]], [[PROVINCE]], Philippines, to whose jurisdiction the parties submit, without prejudice to your right to sue in the venue provided by law for consumers.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your order.
